Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
